For design review, brain storming new ideas, or short lead time projects our rapid prototyping capabilities give our customers the added benefit of part and tool review before proceeding with tooling production and mass manufacturing. We can manufacture prototype parts on our FDM prototyping machine or build a prototype mold to make functional parts quickly and efficiently. We employee a wide range of experience and methods, both in house and outsourced, to meet your part and delivery needs.

Our FDM machine is also used to fabricate fixtures, assembly and holding jigs or end of arm tooling components, all of which aid in the reduction of lead times and programs costs for our customers. Further proof; constant improvements that benefit our customers continue to take place at TASUS.
