Our high-volume assembly and testing systems have brought recognition and growth in our industry. Secondary processing, decorating, testing and automated assembly capabilities are a direct compliment to our injection molding, blow molding and extrusion capabilities. We handle all phases of supply chain management, including sourcing of sub-components, VA/VE activity to incorporate common purchased components, and vendor management. We deal with stampings, inserts, wire harnesses, electrical contacts, foam, tape, labels, clips and any other purchased and assembled components that your product may require.

Secondary processes:

• Welding: Ultrasonic, Hot Plate, Vibration, Spot, Spin

• Testing: Leak, Flow

• Molding: Insert, Overmold, IMD (as alternate to secondary processes)

• Decorating: Pad Printing, Screen Printing, Hot Stamp, IMD

• Other: Die-Cutting, Heat Staking
