      For this week’s #employeespotlight, meet John Bodle, training administrator at TASUS Indiana. John has been employed with TASUS for 4.5 years.


      What do you like best about your job?

      Working on and developing a road map that spans from the second an employee starts at TASUS to the day they move up into a managerial or support role.


      What do you like best about TASUS?

      TASUS has many opportunities to learn as much as you can and move up. They strive to promote from within and build up their teams and people.


      What are your interests or hobbies?

      I love taking care of and spending time with my kids, traveling, hiking, relaxing, and playing games with my family.


      Who inspires you and why?

      My children inspire me. So many times, in life we put ourselves in boxes and tell ourselves we can’t do this thing we want to and here’s the 16 reasons why. The children’s positive views help me see the 16 reasons why I can. Then my love for them motivates me to do so. My little ones will always be my inspiration and my reason for getting up each morning.
